Your water district needs your help!

In 2021, the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) revised the current Lead and Copper Rule (LCR) to improve public health protection across the United States. The Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) is implementing this by requiring public water systems to record all water line materials from the provider to the customer.

Your District and Municipal District Services (MDS) would like to ask for your participation in the service line inventory survey. Click on the link below to login to the leadCAST customer portal to complete the survey. You will need your customer account number, which can be found on your water bill.

If you have questions regarding this survey, please send an email to [email protected] or leave a message at 281-290-3170. This inventory is a federally mandated initiative and the District is encouraging all customers to complete the survey to the best of their ability even if they are unsure of their customer service line material.
