From the payment portal, you can:

  • Register your account or pay as a guest
  • Pay one time or setup auto drafts every month
    • (Credit/Debit Card = $3.50 per transaction, up to $500)
    • (Credit/Debit Card = $5.95 per transaction, over $500 – $5,000)
    • (eCheck/ACH = $3.50 per transaction)

PAY WITH CHECK OR MONEY ORDER – NO CASH ACCEPTED

If your water service has been TERMINATED for NON-PAYMENT, you can use:

  • Credit Card/Debit Card Online
  • Pay at the nearest MDS Office with a cashier’s check or money order
  • Pay at a grocery store or Walmart with cash

Be sure to call Customer Care at (281) 290-6507 with the confirmation number to have your water service restored.
