Please note that MONTGOMERY COUNTY MUNICIPAL UTILITY DISTRICT NO. 164 is changing Operators effective February 1, 2024. The District has retained the services of Municipal District Services (MDS) to operate the water and wastewater systems and to provide billing services. All services that had been provided by H20 Innovation will now be provided by MDS.

Pay one time or setup auto drafts every month
- (Credit/Debit Card = $3.50 per transaction, up to $500)
- (Credit/Debit Card = $5.95 per transaction, over $500 – $5,000)
- (eCheck/ACH = $3.50 per transaction)

TERMINATED SERVICES

If your water service has been TERMINATED for NON-PAYMENT, you can use:

Credit Card/Debit Card Online
Pay at the nearest MDS Office with a cashier’s check or money order
Pay at a grocery store or Walmart with cash

Be sure to call Customer Care at (281) 290-6507 with the confirmation number to have your water service restored.
